App keeps crashing
I can’t install my new router now.
Can’t submit password on iPhone app,
Not only one mobile I tried 3 iPhones in all while adding device after entered password can’t press submit bcoz keyboard can’t minimise even touch other place or anything can do.
M30 AX3000
This product is a dream. Because i needed other d-link items (passthrough kit) due to thick solid walls and bad internet reception) and desktop switch due to many items i had to connect. Everything was so easy to install and my new M30 works like a dream. Net is fast in every room, picture quality on my TV even looks better. I would highly recommend it. Love my new TP M30 and the other TP devices that I connected with it. I also didnt use my current internet supplier user name and password. I started fresh to give it a fresh clean slate with new name/pw and opted for the highest security.

So intermittent, flaky connection, Reporting is a joke
These mesh routers have been so disappointing, and this app is the smelly brown icing on top of a turd. They drop connection constantly, when I check in the app the whole network is disconnected, and usually one or more extenders isn’t showing up. The AI reports are a joke and tell you nothing useful. It all sounds great in theory but it’s a joke when it comes to the application.

Failing to update firmware
Useless, consistently failing to update firmware OTA . Not possible to change any device settings. D-Link customer care is useless.
New Hardware is Terrible and App is slow, unreliable and featureless
Had an old dlink and loved it. Thought I was getting a great deal at $80 for a brand new router only to find it isn’t up to par to handle normal home loads of ~15 devices. I was getting consistently slow and erratic internet speeds even hard lined right to the router directly, especially during peak usage times on my home. Didn’t think it was my brand new router until I bypassed it. In the App settings are limited at best. 1) No speed test function. 2) When I turned on the “AI” QoS function to try to improve speed for specific devices to prevent lag on one device I got complaining all over the house of lag. 3) Every time and I mean every time you change a setting the device pauses for load time between 15 sec to a full 2 minute reboot depending on the setting. Expected from my old dlink but even worse, was hoping for improvement in that area. Should have returned it when I had the chance. Purchased an old Orbi RBR10 for $70 that works flawlessly without any trouble.

Great tool for setting up router
Took minutes to set up a couple of M30 routers. Easy to see status of network and make quick changes and enable guest Wi-Fi.
Firmware update is not working
Firmware update is not working . Tried resetting many times and it’s not working
