AQuity Notes

AQuity Notes allow physicians to manage their patient encounter documentation. Physicians can view the status of the patient encounter from the Reports page. Once the patient encounter report is available, Physicians have the functions to view, edit, and e-sign the report. Physicians also have the capability to check appointments and capture the voice.
