They tell you you’re next and courier is on the way, he doesn’t show up, they tell you again and again and still no one shows up.
The WhatsApp Chat bot is no use as it isn’t one of its options.
So the following day you get a new collection time you get told your next an hour later still no show, No choice but to call, they can’t reach the courier they don’t have a number. You made it worse!
The Aramex mobile app was actually very user friendly and provided helpful package and delivery information.
The NEW app has removed all helpful information, will not allow screen captures and the status headings are inaccurate.
This demonstrates the developers inability to design and test from a User perspective. The app has become useless.

New app doesn’t allow login
Since the app update, i have been unable to login. I get an error message on my email, and when i try to create a new account, it won’t allow me to as my mobile number is already registered.
