Sign-in verification codes never arrive
I installed this app to track a delivery because the Aramex website’s tracking tool was malfunctioning. However, I could not even sign into the app because no SMS verification code ever arrived although I requested one repeatedly. When I instead chose the “Resend Email” option, the app simply referred me to the website to sign up, which was pointless because I already have an Aramex user profile. But this app refuses to let me sign into it. I suppose none of this fiasco should surprise me, as it is entirely consistent with Aramex’s reputation.

تطبيق يحتاج كثير للتطوير اولهم معالجة مشكلة الدفع وثانيا اضافه الدفع بواسطه applepay وايضا معالجة حذف واضافه البطاقة عن طريق التطبيق

Tried repeatedly to verify at setup of app. No sms ever received. 30 minutes of my life I’ll never get back. Should had read the reviews, a common problem.
If you live in Australia, it’s useless. (I’m trying to track my order.)
So, I’m trying to sign up, right? I enter in my phone number, NOTHING. Okay so I want to use an email so it takes me to an online website to sign up. Next I use my email. Okay now we’re getting somewhere (or so I thought). Cool, so I login to the account I have made, and what I want to do is TRACK AN ORDER. I cannot do such a thing. At this point I have typed in the tracking number, pasted it and pasted it again just for an error to pop up every time. This app doesn’t work. I don’t understand how it even has 3 or so stars. It’s awful. Don’t even think about signing up. They must have this app just to steal and sell your data (phone number and email) to random people to spam you. Be careful I didn’t use my real number or email. But anyway if you see this don’t EVER use this app. I am beyond. disappointed.

Very poor service
I have been waiting my shipment that supposed to arrive Wednesday, till today “Sunday” the shipment didn’t arrive. Aramex system shows that it arrived to me yesterday!! How come while today I raised a complaint! Also, the customer care is very poor in solving any problem! It is very disappointing that a company in Saudi Arabia is VERY poor in their services.

The Undelivery company
Possibly the worst delivery company on the planet. Delays, refusal to deliver and then after 3 weeks of broken promises an additional kick in the pants by promised delivery one day and then the driver said he would not come after stating he would and an additional 24 hour delay.
Constant texts and phone calls
I just want to add instructions to delivery without getting requests for location which I’ve already done, instructions to leave with reception or security, I don’t want further calls, I’m busy in meetings same as everyone else… code etc. couriers are great the system is a pain…
App crashes
App keeps crashing, brings in “something went wrong”, and doesnt let me proceed to pay with apple pay

خين ترسل طلبيه لفرع تروح لفرع يبعد 50 دقيقه عن موقعك مع سوء التوزيع والتوصيل ولا تقدر تتكلم مع مشرف يحل الموضوع طلبيه ارسلتها الى جده لحي الخمره اتفاجا واحت طريق الملك والعلط مادري كل واحد يرمي ااخطت عتااخر
