App Doesn’t show Pick up location
Even though we see map or search location names, no physical store icon is shown to pick up making it not possible to schedule pick up on app. Please terminate the CTO, horrible app. Doesn’t work. No basic testing and pushing it to millions of users.
Shipments not delivered!
No accountability, worst customer service , shipments lost although I have proof of delivery!! Very bad service and company

don’t like new update
i used to see my current status of my incoming shipmates and the shipment contents directly from the shipment page even without pressing on the shipment, now it’s so confusing, just a bunch of numbers under each other and i have to press the numbers every time to figure out what shipment is this, more over, all the shipmates delivered or undelivered show at the same place with no indicator which ones I’ve already received unless i press on the numbers! instead what we had before where it shows it on the main page. please take this review under consideration.

Awful new app
The new app is completely useless, whoever designed it has given no thought to usability - it doesn’t even display incoming packages in date order, you have to click on each to work out which have been delivered and which are outstanding. Completely shocking that someone thought this was good enough to release.

They just had to ruin it
The old app was way better than this mess. What an unbelievable difference! The new update has a jumbled confusing UI and shipment tracking is basically garbage. Whoever approved these changes must not be all that bright.
