Misleading IAP

Purchased iap for all character bundle. Characters still locked. The bundle is for skins only you have to buy the skin bundle plus each character individually. None of this is stated in game or in the shop. I asked if this was normal on their discord THEY KICKED ME OUT! I want others to know about the issue! BEWARE!

I will be requesting a refund for misleading product
