Michael in Great Falls was incredibly helpful and accommodating, we had a great experience. When they installed our tub they were highly professional and fast, and answered every question. Wonderful people and product, we are thrilled with our new tub!!!
Good-ish
I really like the quick check on pH status, and ability to run jets remotely when mixing chemicals, but given the quality of the Spa Boy sensor I would expect the app could offer more specific details than just a red, yellow, or green dot.
The data is available on the tub’s control screen, so why isn’t it passed on to the connected app?

Love the new tub
Customer service setting up the tub has been amazing. Thank you Josh, Jody and Duane.
What is going on
At least twice a week the app disconnects. Constantly have to erase and re install the app, turn off my hot tub breaker to reset it or completely re-sync the app with my wifi.
Frustrating App
When the app works, it’s great! I love being able to check on & adjust things from my phone. BUT whenever we lose power, (or sometimes just randomly, it will disconnect too) the app takes forever to reconnect to the spa! We flip the breaker, we reset the WiFi and still it can take days. Currently on day 8 of the app not working after a power outage.

After years of non reliable connections with this app, I'm able to connect more reliably this past year 2025. It's adequate. I would prefer number for ph.

Doesn’t work most of the time. Doesn’t stay connected, Good luck getting your tub to stay connected for more than a day. Absolute garbage. I’d give it zero stars if I could
Spa is great App needs work
Just updated the app. Was hoping the simple icons would use simple colour to confirm settings (like boost). Still has connection issues and still doesn’t work with a WiFi signal booster/repeater. Hopeful for the next version to be better.

Love the app! Makes it so simple to monitor the tub. Would be nice to see when the tub is running Pump 1 for Smart PH dosing. New version has a setup New Spa as the first screen, please either delete that or make it the third screen.

There are a number of things I would suggest You do differently on the spa s to make them more enjoyable but we love ours. Other than a pump fitting that keeps coming loose it s great now.

Boost feature
When you click on boost and the app asks you if you want to boost and you click yes or no. What happens? Was it successful? Did it go through? Did the hottub receive the command? Should the button change color? Put a check mark inside it? Leave me guessing as to whether things are happening, currently that is the setup.
