Ardorio is a proactive workplace wellbeing platform designed to empower employees and HR teams. Through customisable wellbeing check-ins and insightful analytics, Ardorio helps organizations understand team health and take action before issues escalate. Employees can reach out in multiple ways - book time with HR, message anonymously, access 24/7 global hotlines, or use a secure whistleblower feature. HR gains real-time insights from custom or pre-built wellbeing questions (developed by Deakin University), helping identify trends and improve culture across departments. Ardorio aims to give the right tools to those that need support by making wellbeing accessible, data-driven, and preventative.
