Cameras stuck in refresh cant do anything
So I can’t even get into setting to make adjustments because the cameras are stuck in refresh mode.
Product experience is the worst
This app needs to enhance user experience. Lots of misleading labels and unnecessary onboarding. It’s 2026 people may not need onboarding anymore
Pushed subscriptions
I can no longer use my SD card in each camera as they have changed the app to iCloud. Monthly/Yearly subscription with restrictions now
It does everything you need it to.
The first baby monitor that has it all. Parent unit wakes from black screen when an alert (you set) is active, showing you the camera. So when you don’t have sound on, you still see the alert if the monitor is in front of you. The app notifications for crying and movement is also the best. There are no crazy subscriptions, the one they offer I don’t personally find necessary but it’s cheap enough to try. Then the tracking and video is great, the connectivity is also great. It’s one of the few monitors that takes 5ghz WiFi (we have fiber optic internet). And the price is amazing. Also the way to add people is very easy and doesn’t cost extra. It’s just an excellent, functional, well thought out out app with amazing tech to go with it.

Their Ai is trash
Whatever changed with their AI has completely screwed up my notifications. It now picks up nothing absolutely nothing. I used to be able to get notifications when someone came to the door or pulling the driveway. That doesn’t happen anymore now nothing happens. This sucks.

Software playback sucks
Trying to preview alerts and it opens random alert from overnight. Not even close to current alert time. Needs better software

古いiPadを活用しているので、立ち上がらない古いバージョンを残さないで欲しいです。せめて立ち上がる状態の最終バージョンを置いておいてください。
現状、アプリを立ち上げるとすぐ落ちてしまいます。
それさえ直っていれば、あとはiOS12はノンサポートでも構いません。

Really happy with both the camera and the App. Super easy to use and install. Love being able to check from my phone. Would buy again
