Terrible experience
The app crashes during the payments section of booking. A message tells you the booking is incomplete, yet deducts the amount from your chosen payment method; then sends you a notification saying the booking is successful, with a reference number; then sends you a message saying the booking was unfinished. Alarmist, inconsistent. Terrible service experience.

Forget this app - I used the app and web at the same time and the web search on Argus app came in much cheaper for the same car - I just don’t see why !

When you type pickup location , noting comes out, totally dead app.

The ineptitude and laziness of the app that it wont even afford a rich experience for the iPad.

The button to open your car voucher (required to get your rental) is broken and doesn’t do anything. Seems like the devs are not actively updating this app

Useless and total waste of time
Useless App and screen goes blank when you put your booking reference etc.
