Subscribed now can’t access
I purchased a one year plan and for some reason, I can’t log in with Apple account. When I log in, it says user’s credentials is no longer valid and only gives me options to log in again. There’s no way to go to settings and there doesn’t seem to be any way to contact customer support. Please help.

The biggest thing that truly demotivates me is deception. When something is listed as free but is not, the first thing that comes to mind is how quickly I can avoid any sort of person, platform, or host site who would make such listings. This is a huge problem with apple that I don’t see getting fixed.

Can’t recover
I’m so upset! I trying to login to App on my iPhone and it keeps saying credential error. I tried everything deleted, reinstalled, then reset but nothing.
I paid annually and I can’t even use the app even more. I’m so upset! I won’t change the review until support either fix it or refund me.

Signed me out and wont let me back in
It was a good way for me to get active but yesterday when i went to work out i had found that it kicked me out and the one way to get in is to pay again when in june i payed for the whole year and its only September also when ever i try to restore my account it just say it cant find it without allowing to to sign in or anything. If i could get help to fix this that would be wonderful!
