Glitchy. Doesn’t load
You guys really need to get rid of all the videos of clothes. I don’t see why it’s necessary. I’d rather a working app than a “vibey” app. They offer “20% discount”from first order off the app and it never applied. While we are at it, the 14 day return is insanity for a company that is “elevated” and offers “higher quality” items. No returns except store credit on Black Friday, etc sort of sales. Never seen a company not make proper returns off their Black Friday, Boxing Day sales . Seems shady.

app is slow, unresponsive and overheats phone
the app is slow, takes 15-30 seconds to respond to input, sometimes interprets scrolling as a click/press, overheats phone, basically unusable.
Never Able to Place Order
I’ve been shopping at Aritzia for years, but last year, something happened to my account where I cannot place orders. No matter what I do, I am unable to place an order on the app or website. I’m so disappointed and have spent hours on the phone with concierge in the past, to which they can never figure out what the problem is either.
The first time this happened was back in November 2025. Seriously don’t think I have been able to place an order since August 2024.
I’m pretty sure how I resolved it was literally driving two hours away to the closest boutique and having an employee place the order for me. But they could not do that over the phone. I’m in college and don’t have time to drive two hours away to place an order I should be able to place online.

App freezes phone
This app has consistently frozen my phone, making my phone useless for a few minutes. This has been happening for the past month so I’ve switched back to browser and deleted the app.

Worthy every PENNY
Before trying Aritzia, I thought the prices were crazy for a hoodie, shorts, or even socks. I genuinely couldn’t understand how people justified spending that much on basics. But after finally giving it a chance, I honestly don’t think I could go back.
And before anyone thinks I’m only writing this because I got caught up in the trend of buying expensive brands, I’m not. I know there are plenty of overpriced brands that just aren’t worth the money. But when I tell you Aritzia is worth it, I genuinely mean it. The quality is incredible, and you can truly feel the difference.
I’ve washed my hoodies so many times, and they’ve never gotten that rough, worn-out cotton feeling. They haven’t shrunk whatsoever, either. Everything I’ve bought from hoodies and sweatpants to shorts has held up so well and still looks brand new.
And don’t even get me started on the socks. They are hands down the best socks I’ve ever owned. My mom thought I was crazy for spending $25 on socks, but after she tried a pair, she started stealing mine! Now she barely wears any other socks besides Aritzia’s. They’re seriously worth it if you’re looking for quality that actually lasts.
Not only are the clothes amazing, but so is the entire shopping experience. I have yet to walk into an Aritzia store and not feel like I’m stepping into a true luxury brand. Honestly, it feels even more high-end than some actual luxury stores I’ve been to.
The employees are always so kind and welcoming. They’re constantly bringing me different sizes, checking in on me, and making the whole experience feel so personal without ever being pushy.

Overall, Aritzia has completely changed my opinion on investing in clothing. You’re not just paying for a name you’re paying for quality, comfort, durability, and an experience that genuinely makes you feel valued as a customer. It’s rare that I find a brand where I can confidently say almost everything I’ve purchased has exceeded my expectations, but Aritzia is one of them. I can honestly say I’ll keep coming back because the quality speaks for itself.
