Loving AZFCU since 1985!
I started my account in 1985 when the credit union was just a very small operation housed in the Scottsdale Center of the Arts building! I really appreciated that the credit union would refund a portion of the interest we paid each year on specific loans. Unfortunately they have discontinued this but I still love my credit union. They did start a loyalty program that rewards members with discounts on loans depending on how long you have been a member!

TERRIBLE
This app always takes a while to load and they're always updating it. The main issue I have now is the search engine. I need to know when I spent money at a certain business, there's no way to look it up. this stupid banking app only has what date and the min/max transaction amount as search filters. How am I supposed to remember that? unfortunately I have no choice as it's the only banking app available for this CU.

My parents helped me open an account with AZ Federal 20 years ago! I just look my son to open his first account as well. They are an amazing credit union. They have great customer service, help with banking issues, keep track of fraud and IN FACILITY bank card copies. Most banks will have cards mailed but AZFed prints out a new card same day.

Their lending policies are the worst in the industry. I recommend Mountain America Credit Union for Arizonans.

What did you do to bill pay!
New bill pay UI is horrible. It use to be so easy to navigate and know it feels like I am constantly having to expand and contract to find the payers I use every month! The two star loss is directly attributed to the bill pay UI.
Font and bill pay suck
The new font is hard to read and ugly.
The bill pay section is impossibly difficult now vs what it used to be. I am not against change but this is change for the worse.

Update to bill pat screen inconvenient
I do not like the updates to the bill pay screen. You cannot see prior payments made to each bill at quick glance.
New Update Not User Friendly
I’ve been using this app for years and previously loved it. It was very easy to see all of your bills, and when they were paid and how much you paid, but with this update, it requires multiple clicks to get to the payment history. This newest formatting for Bill Pay is a giant step backward. I hope they fix this soon.

Great Banking Experience
I live in Washington and do all my banking with AZFCU. When I moved out of Arizona a few years back, I really didn’t want to leave the bank. Thankfully for this app I didn’t need to. All my banking needs are right here. The app is easy to use and very intuitive.
