Too expensive doesn’t allow filters
Immediately had to pay $25 for the premium subscription because literally everything is behind a paywall. I received thousands of matches but was unable to set any filters for non negotiables until I paid. Once I paid and began going through the matches and it was overwhelming with 99% of people I never should’ve been matched with. If you’re willing to pay a high price, sort through thousands of unnecessary profiles matches and date long distance, it may be worth it for you. But I don’t want to support a Christian dating that forces you to pay to even filter out denominations. Oh and you see 1 match a day on the free version - so it’s truly pointless. Another tip- take out Mormons as being an option for this app. No actual follower of Jesus would date a Mormon.

You can only see one profile a day unless you pay for the premium subscription. Once you pay you can unlock all profiles that viewed yours. I thought this app was free
worked before but not anymore
The app actually worked before, I used it for almost 2 years as a passing customer, made many connections. Deleted the app for only a month. Got back on and suddenly I get maybe one like, even if I pay for exposure. It seems the app does not want you to succeed.
There was this app called upward that I used for almost a year. It would work the same way, it was extremely toxic, because you could use it for years and it's guaranteed you would meet no one. I never touched that app again after I found this one. But it seems this app might be following the same model.
If it actually gets to that point, I think I'll have to delete it and get back to hinge. Shame, because Christian men already have a hard enough time in this society, thought this app gave a glimmer of hope

Long Distance Dating
Free account user and I have not touched any settings that I can adjust.
I live around 8 cities all between 100k-200k populations within 100 miles of me.
The only people I am seeing are 250-1000+ miles away. Likes are often from other countries.
The one positive thing I can say is at least you can view one person who liked you each day. Not helpful when said person is so far away though.

I understand the premium price but in all honesty if you want more people to use this app then be less restrictive on how many people we can see who liked our account.

Payment and message issues
Paid for 6 months and switched phones and couldn’t even access the subscription I paid for. Company refused to credit me for what I paid for despite it being their fault. Messages and functions ally also are awful on the app. Premium features don’t work as stated. Customer service does nothing to fix any problem except make excuses and kick the can down the road. Don’t recommend this app and certainly don’t pay for anything.

Bad filters
I am thankful for plenty of “likes“. However, these people did not live anywhere close to me. There needs to be a filter for people who want to stay local.
Not enough traffic
Not enough traffic (people) to begin with and then the ones that do like you are in England or 10 states away.
