App is a mess!
I’ve tried six different times with two separate identifications to load this app and use it’s failed all six times. The customer service is useless as they don’t respond nor offer a solution to the failures of the application. If there was a zero star rating that be appropriate. Try again guys.
Jump through hoops still doesn’t work
Stupid. Gave them all the info, pictures accepted, got notification that license was activated then error message after error message. Tried on another phone and the Arkansas DFA deleted my application. Waste of tax payer time and money.
Scanner
AR law enforcement needs just an app to where we can scan the DL and not have to have the mobile id app. Some of us have work phones and would put that app on our work phones. If you won’t make just a sole scanner app make it to where we can put the app on two devices for this issue.
Worst app ever
Locked me out from taking picture of license making this inaccessible to every day users. It doesn’t provide a place to take picture when you are ready and positioned. Cannot advocate. Should not launch a terrible product before it’s ready. Another way that the government tramples its people in micro doses.

Poor implementation
Why this can’t integrate with Apple wallet is beyond me. Where is this even accepted? Is it just the airport? Truly a waste of storage
Terrible app
Have tried a half dozen times to get this app to work over a period of several weeks. Always comes back with an error code even though I’ve uploaded all my info correctly. Tried calling the support line, no answer of course. Deleted app and reloaded, that didn’t help any either. Piece of junk software.

Absolutely Terrible
Having to take a picture of your ID was an awful experience and then having to take a selfie in the app and then to have it error out over and over was just an absolutely terrible experience. Deleting the app until this is fixed. Please make this intergrate with Apple Wallet.
Re-register on every open? Support nonexistent
Registered once, then tried to open a week later…required reregister..again next time…
It’s time intensive to do so photo captures of ID and face each time. Sometimes there is an error, so reach out to support, their answer? Ask questions about when the ID expires, then hang up on the call. Try chat, report the errors, same thing…just hang up on the chat 🙄

Times out
App gives me error that it timed out every time I try to upload my ID. Waste of time.
App has alot of road of improvement
App displays document id number on main screen which it does not need to display. Apple wallet is recommended way for the state of Arkansas. This app scares me on the apple App Store

Lots of oppty to make better
Why they didn’t let smart phone wallets do the heavy lifting, Idnk. The “way” is not to have your own app, but to use a centralized wallet like Apple Wallet. Why maintain separate wallets?? Would a guy carry his ID in one wallet, his credit card in another?? I understand they have applied for Apple Wallet future inclusion so that’s good news. I will switch over when that’s ready.
My license tonight took 5 mins to complete - including verification.
One big problem I ran into, isn’t the app, but the low quality of the physical license itself. Our licenses have blurry transparent coatings. I’ve noticed even taking a photo (not to do with this app), the license blurs badly on any camera. That part almost caused failure of doing this process for me. I solved it by pulling the phone back slightly and the app was able to sharpen the image. It will tell you if you pulled back too far or got too close, etc.
Now we need to include our CHLs, our car registrations and insurance cards. THAT would be cool.

Does not work
I’ve tried uninstalling, installing, doing it multiple times, and it errors every time. Just does not work.
Don’t bother
Couldn’t get this to work and all the support could suggest is that it was a “bad install’”. It’s the app that’s bad.
No ID picture
I don’t see no high quality ID picture in there front and back should be visible and it should say on the top then it’s issued by state should be valid everywhere. Nobody should reject them.

Not enough to be useful.
No digital ID through Apple Wallet. No barcodes. Hardly useful at all.
Easy and practical
Very easy to set up and use, and it is practical and beneficial to keep a digital copy of your ID.
Does not work
Started the verification process and cannot get past the “selfie” portion. The app keeps stating that “something went wrong, try again later” as I try to take the selfie.
Infuriating app
This has to be the most infuriating app ever produced for a state. Is a complete waste of time to attempt, for when it decides to take a picture of your id, you are met with a time out screen.
