constant driver issues
bus schedules are consistently incorrect or the drivers consistently don’t follow them
Safety-first!
I always feel safe when I ride on the ORT bus. I feel like the drivers put safety first! This is comforting to me because I have had traumatic motor vehicles accidents which has caused me to have PTSD. I do not worry as much when I ride the ORT bus. The drivers are kind & the buses are clean & comfortable to ride in. Thank you Ouachita Regional Transit!

Small town with small minded city planning capabilities. Them trying to put together a proper transit system is going to take some time. They have no idea what they are doing.
Awesome Ride
Lately, I’ve been riding this specific route with awesome driver Mike T! My car broke down & I was freaking out (how am I going to make it work?)! Great question..but I googled the route from my apt complex to work but my work is out of the zone. Luckily, I was able to see the closest pick/drop off point next to my job! Literally next to it, barely on the edge of the zone! Thank you ORT for this opportunity to share a ride with others & for Mike T! You guys are awesome :)

Horrible
This app is horrible. It frequently experiences “high volume requests” and you can never put your request in and when it does work the bud always takes over 30 minutes! And now it’s giving me wrong pickup destinations and when I arrive there it shows up at a completely different location and they cancel on me horrible!!
