Simple to use
There has been good improvements on the app. It’s simple to use and straightforward. A benefit would be to choose time specific invites (from 08:00 till 15:00) as an example.
Never works
Resident at the Whisken and the app works once in a 100 tries. Useless to say the least
Not stable
This app is not reliable, it’s always down. Which makes letting visitors, deliveries etc access the premises difficult. When you want to create a code you cross your fingers that you won’t get a “could not create your visit” error. You’re more surprised when it works than when it does not work

App constantly crashing or not working, so frustrating
No notifications when visitors exit. Can’t create a code that is valid for more than 24 hours that can be used multiple times. Can create only 5 codes per day

Inconvenient
The app glitches all the time and doesn’t download on androids have to use it on the browser. Was very poorly made.

It still uses SMS and is down 3/4 times a week. Very frustrating and unstable.
Notifications
I don’t get notifications when my visitor arrives, only when they leave.
And the notifications come in silently, even though the sound is on in the Alerts section in Notifications settings on my phone.

Not working half the time
Half the time its not working. Its very frustrating.

I have even stopped using the app. it just stopped working on my iphone 11 pro. i tried downloading and installing for a while now, it still doesn’t work. i am trying my luck again today.

Fantastic app, well designed and very useful.
The App is very unstable
The app is strong and stable enough to handle heavy usage. It does not generate codes when you need it most of the times . The app does not have the function to allow users delete their history of invited guest on the visit page and this leads to endless scrolling down to get to a new code you just generated. Very frustrating and always having connection issues.

App glitch

There appears to be a problem with the app. I just received a bunch of notifications over the last 3 hours of a series of people arriving and leaving the development where I live. I suspect the app is notifying me of ALL the visits to the complex and not just those of people I actually invite, which I have no interest in seeing.

As unpredictable as Eskom
This app works sometimes, but most of the time I need to re-send a pin 3 times before my visitor receives it. I even had to physically drive to the gate to open the gate for them. This app is not something I can trust and causes an awkward moment for my guests every time they get to the gate and have to explain to security that they have no pin...

Terrible New Way of Sending Codes
I’m not sure if it’s an estate choice, but the fact that pins aren’t an option anymore is that terrible. The new invitation system just doesn’t work. I’ll update my rating as soon as this is fixed. It used to worked perfectly before this update.

Some wishes for future:
1) getting a photo of the visitor entering with the invite code they received from the security cameras when they enter the complex
2) option to WhatsApp or Telegram the invite from the app since these are more reliable than sms I find
3) option to cancel an invite in the event of mistakenly sending to he incorrect contact

New update problematic
The new app update is so problematic, says login credentials are incorrect even though they’re correct. Says a problem occurred with inviting visitor as well

This app is essential for people who live in developments that use this service. Yet the app is shockingly slow and buggy on iPhones.
