Terrible App!
This new app is terrible! Not user friendly at all & nothing works! Absolute rubbish!
Great Upgrade
It works perfectly and everything is accurate and accessible.. I don’t see why some are having issues with it I had no issues from day one of using it.
You need to ensure that your phone is updated to the latest software and try deleting it and installing it again if you have issues. I think this would solve most issues people have. It’s definitely a 5/5 rating from me.

Do better
I thought upgrading means bringing something better but as for this app it is worse than the previous version cause at least with the previous one you had more options but this one is not user friendly and it is having lack of options. I don’t even wanna touch the account payment option. Tell me why does it always require me to enter my card number whereas I’ve already done it before?. MTN do better!!!!

The app won’t let me access my account it keeps saying “cannot read properties of nul (reading asset “ over n over again ive tried updating it changing the password nothing is working very frustrating
Buggy!!
Registration is unintuitive and buggy. Horrible first experience that makes me want to switch to another provider. Get your basics right!!
