Access
Very difficult to access when traveling: causes much angst.
A waste of time
Extremely laggy. At times I cannot even get into the app, just getting constant error messages about connectivity (although my network is stable).
New app is worse in every way
I can no longer choose my visitors from a recents list. Also, my Estate sends notifications via the app, when I click on the push notification or just open the app, those messages are NOWHERE to be seen. So frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!
WP number plates
I don’t know whether it is a new app or updated app with a new yellow background but in our estate where about 550 people use it , it still cannot read a WP number plate. Pathetic. You must take out your phone in the middle of winter and scan to get in and out in the rain.
