Access
Very difficult to access when traveling: causes much angst.
A waste of time
Extremely laggy. At times I cannot even get into the app, just getting constant error messages about connectivity (although my network is stable).
New app is worse in every way
I can no longer choose my visitors from a recents list. Also, my Estate sends notifications via the app, when I click on the push notification or just open the app, those messages are NOWHERE to be seen. So frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!
WP number plates
I don’t know whether it is a new app or updated app with a new yellow background but in our estate where about 550 people use it , it still cannot read a WP number plate. Pathetic. You must take out your phone in the middle of winter and scan to get in and out in the rain.
Not working
First time I came across an app that wants me to change time zone according to the app time zone. For it to work.

A great app. Easy to use
It’s a really great app that’s super easy to use. Things are pretty self explanatory and it’s got a nice look and feel to it.

Not worth it
There are many functions missing from this app which is required in an estate. It is on it’s way there but still requires much more development. Currently giving our estate more trouble then joy!
Application freeze
It seems that the app freeze for a few minutes before you can issue a code. Full network.

It’s been a couple of weeks now, the app doesn’t notify you when visitors arrive or leave
Notifications not being received
Unable to receive notifications on my phone iPhone 13 for over a week now. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same issue. It is really a pain.
No notifications
I recently installed the latest update and I’ve stopped receiving notifications of when the access codes have been used. It’s super weird cause this app was working fine over a week ago
