ARMS provides real-time GPS tracking and automated check-ins. If a worker misses a scheduled check-in, live operators will attempt to contact them and their emergency contacts, escalating to dispatching emergency services if necessary.

If a user does not check in, ARMS' live telephone operators will first attempt to reach the worker, then their supervisor, and finally the company's Emergency Response contact. If unsuccessful, they will dispatch 911 emergency services with the worker's GPS coordinates.
