NOT ding free
I recently used an ATM in Pembroke, Ontario, at Meridian, while traveling from Alberta. I chose this ATM because it was listed on the Ding Free app, but I was still charged a $3 fee for withdrawing cash. When I spoke to a teller, they told me, ‘Oh, your credit union will reimburse you.’ Well, that’s not going to happen. So much for the Ding Free app helping to save fees—it’s not reliable for avoiding these charges.”

Wild Goose Chase
This app was recommended by my Credit Union so I figured it would work but the location it suggested didn’t exist. As far as I can tell the bank it suggested doesn’t even exist- when I asked the concierge in the building he looked at me and said “Not my tenant” like he’d said the same thing to lots of other folks. So I ended up paying $3.00 to use an ABM down the street. So much for “Ding Free” 🤷🏼♂️

This app has wasted enough of my time. None of the 24hr atms listed are actually open after 4pm

Absolutely terrible app. I just wanted to find a ding free atm, but this app is so gosh darn confusing. Make it simple please! The older version was 1000x better.
