The App Sucks
The app often has glitches. I do not like it at all.
Too many extra steps
Since I set up my accounts at Main Street credit Union, I’ve tried to use the app to pay bills or send e-transfers. The problem is that my personal and business accounts are separated, and I have to log into the app separately just to send money rather than simply login once and choose the account I wanted to come from, not to mention having to hold three different bank cards. Not very efficient in my eyes.

All good except for the time to react to prompts is excessive

This user friendly app is easy and attractive. I like Mainstreet Credit Union and the great service we receive. Feels like family ;)
