The App Sucks
The app often has glitches. I do not like it at all.
Too many extra steps
Since I set up my accounts at Main Street credit Union, I’ve tried to use the app to pay bills or send e-transfers. The problem is that my personal and business accounts are separated, and I have to log into the app separately just to send money rather than simply login once and choose the account I wanted to come from, not to mention having to hold three different bank cards. Not very efficient in my eyes.

This user friendly app is easy and attractive. I like Mainstreet Credit Union and the great service we receive. Feels like family ;)
Not that good
App is slow and unreliable. Consistently will not let me in my account and need to reset password. Time to say goodby to this bank and move all my money out. Not that good when it takes 15 minutes to access your account. Mine is on facial recognition and still doesn’t work. Big waste of time.
App won’t launch
App won’t launch automatically when a request e transfer is needed it quit working with the iPhones last software update
Visa debit
I love Mainstreet except for the no Visa Debit. I had to open another account at another bank just to have a visa debit card. I hope they get it
Improvement to the App
First I would like to say that having a banking app is a requirement for me and I like being able to have one. I would like to see this app function similar to other banking apps. There could be improvements for ease of use, functionality ie. show trends and a better overall interface. Having icons on the side of the app instead of being dispersed throughout the middle of the screen would be an improvement. I would also like the ability that when I log into the app it automatically uses face recognition and not require me to log in and then scan my face. Finally I would like to be able to see my accounts on the side of the app and not have to choose account to get to an account screen from the Home Screen .

I have been a long standing member of Mainstreet Credit Union/Unigasco Credit Union and there has never been a financial institution that has topped any other place ever in my lifetime. Anytime I need any help with my finances they have always done exactly what they attest to do. The staff is like family and the relationships have become a group that I can depend on for anything. You can put your trust in Mainstreet. Thank you to all who have helped me and my family over the decades.

Great app
The app does everything I expect from a banking app. Very easy to transfer from one account to the other, pay bills, and do e-transfers.
Great Except For
I use the app exclusively. I rely on it. It works great once I am in. Unfortunately no matter how many times I “allow” facial recognition to unlock it it won’t work. It used to but won’t now.
Poor upgrade
I used to be able to seamlessly transfer between business and personal. Now I need to go to my computer. Frustrating.
Most annoying app ever
Works when it wants to. Often can’t accept etransfers or send them for a couple days at a time. Always says there’s a loading error!

Great app when you’re not around the bank if I didn’t have this up I’d have to travel over an hour to use any sort of banking unless I’m going to an ATM
