Please FIX issues
Please, if I remove a notification please don’t bring it back again when I login again! Also, every once in a while when I press “login with FaceID” it says that the information is incorrect and then I have to manually enter password. Please, fix these issues as they are very annoying and frustrating — other than that I love this app!

App does not open
Since the last IOS 26.4.2 I have been unable to open the app. it goes to a grey screen saying updating content with a spinning arrow and does not progress. I cannot use the app and when I try to enter my account using safari it only allows me to log on if I first delete the app from my phone. This is when using 5g cellular connection.

Face ID
Please, please stop turning off Face ID every time you do a minor tweak to the app. It’s easy to save this setting!
Terrible!!
Last October I opened the app to view my balances and make a transfer, and as I went to log in, the system told me I have an error! I looked into it further and it claims I’ve entered the wrong password too many times even though I tried once and it failed. Face ID didn’t work and my password which I have saved and written down was deemed incorrect. When this happened last it resulted in me having to call their help line and change my password. Super unnecessary. Avoidable yet here, it happened again tonight. Will likely have to call tomorrow and take 30-45 minutes out of my day again to fix an issue that shouldn’t be MY issue.
