Garbage

Much like the bank itself, this app is garbage. They must think cybersecurity is a joke, still no 2FA in place years after release. Sunova had this down 5+ years ago. The tech team and the people responsible should be ashamed of themselves.

Moved my mortgage and banking because it’s so bad

The app and website are quite possibly the worst things I’ve ever used. Can never login without receiving errors, have the UI doesn’t populate properly, lacks modern features. I’m not expecting a modern fintech experience but at minimum it should at least work.
