Terrible

Horrible app. Half the time it won’t let me open the app saying “We cannot complete your request at this time”. Bank elsewhere.

Horrific

Flip a coin on any given day if you’ll be able to log in. It’s almost impressive how little it’s improved over the years as well. Same issues, all the time. Brutal.

Garbage

Much like the bank itself, this app is garbage. They must think cybersecurity is a joke, still no 2FA in place years after release. Sunova had this down 5+ years ago. The tech team and the people responsible should be ashamed of themselves.
