Awful App

Makes me want a new diffuser because of how AWFUL this app is.

Cool Device, app needs MAJOR work

The app is developed, visual and performance by outdated and clunky code. It’s very confusion to navigate, slow, actually very slow. Has major connectivity issues with the unit and the set up for device activation makes no sense. The have a schedule which is great if you have a regular unit. We have the unit attached to our HVAC system. There really isn’t a schedule that works unless you run your AC 24/7 or fan 24/7 and then set the unit timer. I asked about having a simple on / off setting with a timer. This will give the option of running the unit for 2 hours and I can run my a/c fan for 2 hours as well. Needs major work.

Love the scent, the app needs work

This is quite literally the worst app I’ve ever used. It times out consistently and it asks me to “make a new password” every time I try to change my diffuser’s schedule. When I open the app it will connect to my diffuser via Bluetooth but when I get to the screen to set a new schedule it tells me I’m no longer connected to Bluetooth. Even though I haven’t changed my location. The developers need to completely revamp the app and make it more user friendly. It would also be great to have some sort of user manual incorporated into the app for customers to refer back to later. If I had known the app was this bad I would’ve purchased a different brand of diffusers.

With all of the being said, I love my newest scent, Amber Oasis. It’s probably the best one I’ve had since purchasing my diffuser over a year ago

Terrible support

Previous update caused a crash and the update kicked everything offline. Back and forth with support and they have no resolution and stopped replying. Asking me which device I’m using to control? The same one it worked with for over a year!

Quit working

The system has been working great but now when I try to connect on my phone it’s giving an error and will not let it connect. I contacted cs Sunday 2/1/26 and was told a new update was being released that day to fix the issue but it is still not working.

Stopped working

App was fine til they “fixed” it. Reached out to them a week ago and they said they were working on another fix. A week later, still doesn’t work. How do you expect people to use their system when the app is trash?

App no longer operational

I went to change out my diffuser oil today (1/24/26), and upon going into the app to change my settings, it is no longer opening. The Aromely Home Screen stays frozen when attempting to open the app before shutting itself out after around 30 seconds. It shows an update was done just a few days prior to this, so hopefully Aromely gets around to fixing the issue soon.

App locking up

At first the app was great. 1 week later I try to use it and connect to my unit and the app freezes once I try to connect. I tried resetting my phone and settings, deleting the app/cache and reinstalling, unplugged the unit for 1 minute. App still freezes when trying to connect. I even downloaded the app on my wife’s phone and it does the same thing. Tried to send a message for technical support. I fill out the form and the send button doesn’t work. This seems like a systematic issue with the company. Unhappy customer after spending over $500 on their product.

The worst app!

I don’t know if it is the latest revision or when this started happening but now I can no longer access my diffuser in the app and I can’t remove it nor can I update and create a new diffuser. I tried tapping on the diffuser information and cannot get to the next screen to make adjustments in any of the settings.

Works great - feature request

Would like the ability to initiate a timed “instant” action. Like when it’s outside of a schedule and you want to turn the unit on for a brief moment. Currently, you would have to set a schedule. Would be nice to be able to have a few quick run options. So far so good our pro model. Thanks,

While the app doesn’t currently have a dedicated quick-start button, there’s a simple way to achieve the same flexibility: You can create a schedule that is set to run at all times and on all days of the week. Once that schedule is created, simply switch it to “Off.” This way, whenever you’d like to use the diffuser outside of your regular schedule, you can just turn it On manually and pause it once you’re done. This setup gives you the convenience of starting and stopping your diffuser anytime without needing to re-create a schedule. We truly appreciate your suggestion, and we’re always working on ways to improve the app to make it more intuitive for our users. Thanks again for being part of the Aromely family! 🌿
