The Smart lock works great, this app does control the lock well and I can see live video and the quality is great, night time as well. App is straight forward and I do like the layout, video quality, two-way audio and ease of setting passwords and finger prints.
I would be recommending this product to all my friends as the device is great and there is no monthly charge for the app.
10/1/25 Update: recent update has fixed all my previous issues and I’m completely happy with this device and app service.
12/1/26 Update: the lock battery keeps dying but is actually charged, admin password does not work and cannot hard reset the device. It will not connect to the app anymore and does not lock.
I wasted $300 on hardware that has no working software plus a buttload of issues since the September 2025 update.

WiFi Bluetooth Look
Bugs, bugs and more bugs. This app has so many bugs or incomplete functionality that it is unusable.
Basic essentials are missing
Wow, I can’t do the most basic things with this app. For example, I can unlock the door but I can’t lock the door. I was notified someone was at my door but there is no record of it and no way for me to access the video. The date time stamp is wrong and no way to adjust it. Many basic settings I cannot do from the app, but can at the door. That’s the whole reason for the app! Software developers really need to clean this up! Very little thought went into the development of this app.

Please developers add this feature
You need to get us access to change the timezone or input the time for this lock. All videos were captured with incorrect time, that's why there is playback error

2ND UPDATE: I couldn’t stop of course bc this lock is installed. My family’s security and safety is at risk So I begin to TS everything at this point because it’s just not making sense and the problem was tUPDATED: Totally blofee I thought I was lit for a second I had emailed customer service and they responded. They asked me for purchase order make model and problem. Well it’s a Wednesday gift and the person passed away who gave it to us. Radio silent it has gone. No one has yet to respond afín. Do not purchase and God knows, do not gift! I’m on the market looking for another lock. This lock is installed and our safety is at stake

Expensive lock, zero quality
Don’t waste your money on this lock. When I just installed it, seemed to connect to my wifi. Then I noticed the issue with video playback.. it either played 1 video that it decides on its own or doesn’t play videos at all.
Motion detection is very poor as well.. only works when someone is already standing at the door.
Recently the lock just locked me out when I was outside and deleted the password on its own.. so if you have this lock it’s a warning for you to always have that key. Now the app doesn’t work at all. I get notifications on the phone about motion at the door but when I go into app it shows notifications section empty. Tried contacting customer support but am not getting any response back. Full of trash and waste of money
Can not connect anymore
After the app update I can no longer connect my doorbell/lock to either android or iPhone. I now have to use the key, and have no use of the doorbell camera at all. So basically I now have a very expensive doorbell chime and key lock…
They are sending me a new lock, but I think it’s the new app that is the problem, not the lock. It worked fine until a couple weeks ago.

Wrong device type
Has been working fine for a couple months and now there’s an app update and it won’t let me update the app and says “wrong device type” so now my smart lock doesn’t work and I can’t update the app. If they don’t fix it, it’ll be a complete waste of money.

Video playback doesn’t working
Everything is fine, there is only one problem with video playback in notifications tab. I can’t replay any video.
Video doesn’t match up
When I try to look at the most recent video, I get one from the night before and it always plays the same one no matter which notification I click on. Every thing else about the lock is great. The fingerprint, code, adding guests l…all work great. Video is great as well unless I’m trying to look at the notifications. Please fix this!

Just like the reviews and I am saying basically the music is not lining up with the words. You tap on a video to play it plays whatever video it chooses to pull from and I don’t like it. The lock feature, of course, is amazing along with the fingerprint option, but it should work, totally in this entirety, especially considering the cost. This lock was not very cheap to me. Please provide some type of customer service or a solution.

When it does playback a video it’s the first one recorded for every motion detection playback. Sometimes when I select live video I can see a different camera inside an office instead of mine. Battery life is always displayed as 30% even after a full charge. Update: fixed battery life indicator, still need video playback fixed. Otherwise I would be recommending this product to all my friends.
10/7/24 Update: Playback video plays videos but not the correct one still, I haven’t seen another video feed so that’s been patched. Love this product but really need the correct playback video, especially for security purposes.

Need to fix video playback
Like the other reviewer said, every time you click to replay a video it plays the same one that isn’t the one you’re selecting. Video playback is not reliable. Other than that the app is amazing.
