Would not connect to any devices requiring the app
App is terrible.
Same issues as others. Used BN Link devices for years. Bought a new set for my house. Had to use new app. Integration is bad with Google. Automation is not reliable. Never had issues till the new devices and new app. Looking to replace them all now. I have 30+ devices that need replaced with a new product. Not sure I can trust BN Link now. I now have 3 different looking switches that are all the same model number which is disappointing. Do better. Willing to stick with them if they can fix the app and make the new devices behave and look the same.

App won’t remember settings
Changing the switch names will not keep once you close the app. It reverts to the default name. Going to send the unit back as this is annoying given this was reported but has still not been fixed.
Fix the app
The app will not let you save outlet names even though it claimed to have saved them and you cannot delete created homes. This app is junk and wish the old BN Link Smart app would work with my new bnlink smart power strip surge protector
Poor poor
Hard to connect devices and once connected the turning on and off of the device only works randomly.
