I’ve had a great experience using Arplo Health. The virtual format is incredibly convenient, appointments are much faster to schedule than traditional in-person PT, and the cost is significantly more affordable. The platform makes it easy to stay consistent with care without the time and expense of clinic visits. Highly recommend for anyone looking for effective, accessible physical therapy.

I have a somewhat demanding WTF desk job and making it to regular PT is not an option. This is a great alternative for me to meet with a physical therapist and do exercises from home when time allows.

Exceeded Expectations
Getting started was very easy and it felt very personalized to my needs from the get-go. I noticed a marked improvement in my shoulder, even after just the first few sessions. Definitely worth a try for the ease and convenience, but I can see this also being very helpful for people that are less able to easily get out of their home.

Amazing!
This app actually makes it possible to see a real physical therapist and then it guides you through recovery at home. The physical therapist can see how you are progressing through the application! This is truly amazing and really changes how heath care is obtained.
