App does not show live (or even nearly live) bus location updates. Not fit for purpose.

The accuracy is shocking, how lone women are supposed to catch buses and get home safely is anyone guess.

Ridiculous
I am furious the amount of times it says the bus is delayed and it actually never is the amount of busses I missed is stupid I missed the bus to see my mums final breath cause if this mediocre app I want it fixed immediately

No hyphenated names allowed
Trying to register for the app and because I’m unusual (Not) and have a hyphenated surname I cannot register. What a joke arriva buses 😱😱😱😱
Just awful
It lies to you about the times, and doesn’t let you view busses that have been delayed. Using this app goes like this: “So it said the bus would be here. Let’s scan the QR code at the stop and see how much it’s actually delayed by.” This is inexcusable in 2026, and Arriva gets away with it because they’re the only bus company in many towns. The company ought to be dissolved and brought into public domain.

Bus drivers
I was dropping my girlfriend off at bus stop when her bus came and i said bye then the bus driver made me laugh as i looked back he waved with a fat smile on his face and i could tell he was saying bye reading his lips then when my girlfriend got off the bus i was on call to her and she put me on speaker so i can say byyyeee bye bus driver and he shouted bye back we need more bus drivers like this most of them are just grumps and old farts

Sort it out
Bus times are inaccurate and if a bus is cancelled it just disappears, leaving you waiting with no clue when the next bus is. Errors show when trying to buy tickets and m-tickets take forever to load and need to be preloaded before you get on the bus to save time.
Useless on IOS
I might be missing something here but I cannot get any part of this app to work. I typed in the service I was interested in (which runs from Luton to Watford) and the map zoomed in on Libya.
A server with the specific hostname could not be found
This is honestly one of the worst travel apps I’ve endured. It’s useless, since it’s unable to find their own servers! So you cannot do anything at all with it.
I stopped using it months ago because of this same issue and when I redownloaded it assuming some bugfix, I found exactly the same issue. It’s just incredible how low quality control the devs of this app have…

Very poor setup experience
I use a password manager to create strong passwords for apps. The sign up process supports such a limited set of symbols, no underscores, no hyphens etc that one password wouldn’t generate a password insecure enough to satisfy this app.

The App is unreliable, inconsistent and does not reflect real time information. It is actually sometimes 5-6 minutes out of sync.
Needs serious investment in this app
The app is ever so difficult to use, highly inaccurate in the location of each bus. Makes it so off-putting to use a bus!

QR Codes don’t even work
Awful service and awful app
I got a new phone and it transferred my Annual ticket just fine. Only problem is that the QR code is smaller than it should be and therefore won’t scan!!

Always late and cancel delayed takes forever. I recommend not download this app.
