App does not show live (or even nearly live) bus location updates. Not fit for purpose.
Worst app ever
The accuracy is shocking, how lone women are supposed to catch buses and get home safely is anyone guess.

Terrible app. Used to use regularly without issue, but now unable to purchase tickets.
App is updated but will not show profile or allow to proceed to purchase tickets.

Ridiculous
I am furious the amount of times it says the bus is delayed and it actually never is the amount of busses I missed is stupid I missed the bus to see my mums final breath cause if this mediocre app I want it fixed immediately
