Useless
Even on the busiest days in Chicago, no order comes to my Arro Driver app all day and night. Customer service: ZERO. Comparatively, Curb Driver app is better a thousand times in spite of its many shortcomings.
No responspelty for payment
I take fair from o’hear airport to Detroit Michigan for $671.00 after I drop off the payment declined they was bad card and nothing to do about it by by i ican rate less than 0 star i will give them .

Doesn’t let me sign up
When I was signing up I made a mistake in my phone no. . It doesn’t let me change it and just stuck at the point where it keep asking to put the code that has been sent on the phone.
Can’t choose state
You can’t set it up. Asking states but it doesn’t give options. Useless!
