Slow and clunky

Very temperamental at the best of times , very slow and sometimes the app just freezes, I’m a contractor so it’s annoying when I’m waiting to get to the next job , needs improvement

Bad system

The password does not log in anymore
Updated new app platform
Try to log in and request to set password
Log in to email and click re set password link
Sends me to a page that tells me it knows I’m on a mobile device and to download the app
I click contractor and it takes me to log in

Process repeat / loop

Do not try and log on a phone it’s useless

Improvements please

It wouldn’t be that hard to be able to select multiple photos when you want to add them to a job. Also if I’ve selected a photo, it’s because I want to upload it, why do I still need to click “upload” after that?

Then with the job list, I personally think that the due date is more important than the created date. But even when I click the “sort” button and choose that, more often than not it doesn’t work! As in, I have to close the app and open again for it to work.
Only to find out that it doesn’t work two minutes later again!!!

Ah, what’s the reason for the keyboard popping up when I click “upload” on the picture? I haven’t clicked the text field..

There’s a few more things but would be cool if someone could look at those please!

Slow interface, always crashes

Use this as a contractor, find the software to be very clunky and laggy.. doesn’t load tenants details probably, raising invoices through it doesn’t work properly. Needs work

Fast and responsive

Arthur told me they were releasing new versions of their Apps a few months ago and I hace found this one to be really easy to use and helps me with my jobs
