Ugly logo with no design at all
What happened with NWD design team? I don’t mind a logo change but the logo looks like a high school student project. Please hire a brand designer if you want to rebuild from Mr A work.

Updated to 11.6.230 yesterday and the new app icon is the ugliest I have even seen. Please revert back to the old icon.

As a main key for gate and lift control apps, Artisanal Living Mobile App performs the worst working and poor user experience.
Imagine the apps is not responsive plus a pop up ads when you are hurry to back home.
Spending more than a minute to control the lift bottom in the lift due to poor Bluetooth connection ….
