Has not been loading content for weeks

It is so frustrating that I have to call and email every time I want to access the codes I need. It just says to reload and nothing happens.

ArtsWave App! Asset to the region 🌟

Having arts, entertainment, sports and more right on my phone is amazing. This is my new go-to app when I’m feeling tired or stressed to plan a fun activity. And the ArtsWave member benefits rock! Who doesn’t like discounts at the best restaurants and coffee shops in Cincy? Most of all, I feel proud supporting our thriving arts community. Thanks, ArtsWave!

Better online

This new app takes a very easy-to-use, existing online listing (Cincy A&E, formerly ArtsWave Guide) and puts it into a clunky app that is difficult to navigate, save favorites and itineraries, use any of the filters without the app crashing, and makes the event descriptions difficult to read by erasing the original formatting and links from the online listing. I know this is brand new, and hope it improves over time. Love the idea, but could use a lot of work. For now, I’ll stick to the web browser.

Terrible app

I’ve been an ArtsWave member for multiple years … the transition to the new app has made it impossible to purchase tickets. The app crashes. Lists events that aren’t accurate. Won’t allow me to log in. And now the ArtsWave website apparently only allows you to purchase items through the app, which doesn’t actually work!? Not sure I’ll continue to support the organization … particularly given that money donated to support arts organizations likely went to support this poorly designed app that lacks basic functionality.

Every event you can think of in Cincinnati

I’ve never seen an app like this that has so many events listed in one place. Just on October 16 when looking at the events, there are over 24 events in the city listed here. Great resource.

A Cincinnati Calendar!

The App was easy to understand and use. I love that I can see ALL the events in Cincinnati in one place… who knew Cincinnati had so much to offer?!? Also I love that I can get benefits with the App for money off events and food!

A bunch of deals!

Love that there are a ton of deals in here. My local coffee shop is in there! Also makes going out to theater and stuff more affordable and easier to plan. Love it!

A Must-Have for Cincy Fans!

The app is user-friendly, making it easy to discover events, shows, concerts and more! I love the calendars wide range from visual arts to live performances based on my entertainment profile. As a ArtsWave Pass user, I have the AW Pass always with me. Overall, the ArtsWave app is a valuable resource for anyone who loves Cincinnati!

It was very easy to navigate through all the venues offered and setting up my profile. I love the map at the bottom of each page and the parking information was so helpful.
