Getting a black screen when opening the newly downloaded app.
Not working properly
The app won’t allow me to input my DOB.
Edit Information
I need to edit information. By mistake I entered my information and it said I need a test and gave me a client number, but I have all three vaccines for going and only need the test for returning to the States.Now I can’t seem to fix the problem or delete my information.
App is useless!!!
My wife and I downloaded the app and have been trying for three days now to setup our profile and nothing works. The system does not recognize any information and we keep getting a message stating that Passenger Card for EDCard Id cannot be found. Like I said completely useless!
Terrible and useless
No contact information for help. When I enter my ED number and name as an user and it tells me it doesn’t match records. When I finally found a number to call they just said “the app doesn’t work” really? That’s the whole reason I’m calling for what. What are my other options “we don’t know” very frustrating

App not working
When I try to enter my name and ED card number I get and error and Cannot proceed with registration even though number was entered correctly.
Connect to test
I wish there is a way to connect negative test result after getting ED card.
Not updating
I like to overall feel of the app however one thing is a concern: I tried to renew my European certification but it keeps saying that it is expired. I’ve tried logging out and back in. It doesn’t update.
Useless App
I successfully added the app and my information yesterday and today it is nowhere to be found. When my husband added the app and entered his ED number the system told him his number was wrong. I searched high and low and finally found a phone number and was told the app is broken and they can’t do anything about it. Pretty worthless if you ask me!

All my information is gone
I entered in the app lately and all my information is gone. My whole family is set up on my account and everything is gone
Error message
I was able to put my son’s info in but continuously get an error message when I put my own info. I checked to make sure the information was correct over and over but it is not working

Poor design
I come to Aruba often. It is impossible to delete info and your registered ED Card from previous visit. I need another test and register my new card and cannot delete my prior one. Also, when you try to register ED Card after government working hours, it gives you error. It is just “Error”. No information of what kind of error, what to do, etc. Finally, I was able to do it in the morning of next day but it was insane.

Clunky for arrivals- ok for departures
In fairness, the issue of being locked in the airport and miss-rerouted for 90 - is 50 % the lack of coordination at the Airport in Aruba and 50% the clunky App. more on that in a minute...
But it was ok to good (3 stars) getting us out - with a strong assist from the VeriFLY App. The Aruba App got us the Appointment, lower cost, and results fast - the clunky part is that you really can’t use that report to satisfy the requirements of boarding in VeriFLY - but must use the email that Aruba App sends as evidence of legal name, Dr’s name, time of test, type of test, and of course negative test result!
As for the confusion at the airport... they are way too quick to dismiss previous results (and don’t tell you what they were looking for- just go to that line) - which turns out to be a testing line. The moto in the Airport appears to be ‘if in doubt - check them out’ and not “one Happy Island”! Turns out what they wanted to see was either an interactive screen of the test results that contains all of the information above - or $$$ and a second test. Would love to see Aruba App replaced by VeriFLY - as a green check mark on your Aruba App means absolutely nothing in the Airport. Once you get through the Airport- your really vacation can begin- just don’t let the Airport take away your joy.... the island people more than makes up for everything the Airport experience would seek to ruin!

Took a covid test in the US... family took it a day after me and got results.
I didn’t.
Still don’t have them.
Fine. I take the test in Aruba around 2pm...
All day the app has my registration, and test number... no results but I didn’t expect them
Til 8-9 tonight.
I’ve not received the results and the app is now telling me that I have no registrations!!! I never took a pic... so 🤷🏻♀️ might be screwed.

Date problem
I tried to enter our dates Jan 2021 and the 2021 calendar was not available
No response
After registering for the app I am supposed to get a link in my email to complete registration. I have tried multiple times and still no success. What is going on? Does the government approve of this app since it is on their website? Thought this would be helpful.
