Data Scam?
Got a text from a local number to create an account out of the blue, but none of my providers use this platform. OTP requests go nowhere. Feels like this is some kind of poor phishing attempt
Horrible Electronic Healthcare App
This app is hands down the absolute worst healthcare app ever - it is always erroring out when attempting to enter information, or it lets you enter it but then it doesn’t store it. There also is no way to message your medical care team, only receive messages. Absolutely disgusted with this app - if I could give it zero stars I would.

Doesn’t Work
My Dr sent me a link to use this app with an activation code. The app just hangs after I enter a userid and password.
