Randomly stopped working

Worked fine for months, now won't let me log in. Immediately says "your session expired" and takes me back to log in screen - rinse, repeat. Can't wait to not have access for 4 business days until I get a response to my support ticket, which will just be the incompetent support tech asking me a question already addressed in the ticket, so I can wait 4 more days for them to respond, etc.

Response from developer

Hi, We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble accessing the athenaOne mobile app. This is not the experience we want our users to have. To successfully debug and resolve the issue, our team would need your username and practice ID details. If you still haven’t heard back from our support team, please update your app store review with the case number so we can follow up. Going forward, we also recommend contacting your practice CSM to escalate any unresolved issues, as they may be able to assist more directly and help resolve the issue more quickly.

Athena crashing

Uninstalled and reinstalled for it to work again. Also when are they releasing the android version. They’ve been talking about it for years.

No longer can use app

Since you are requiring an update not available for my iPhone, I can no longer use this app. Worse less now.
