Does not work well with voiceover.

As someone who was visually impaired in order to independently access health and medical records, this app is very much lacking in speech, assistive technology support. I’m specifically speaking of how the app works with voiceover. Needs attention! Many of the buttons are not labeled, the screen jumps around and continuously, refreshes, and many of the text fields do not activate.
