The patient portal is so easy to use. The fact that you don't have to have experience with the internet and you have everything at your fingertips!!! Love it

This app has helped me so incredibly much, I can contact my doctor and or her team at any time, when I send a message through this app, they usually get back to me the same day or the next day at the latest, incredibly convenient, I highly recommend

Finally an app to connect
I’m so happy there is finally an app to reach out to Dr Riggle and his team. It make it much easier to schedule appointments and communicate when needed. I am never able to get through when I can, but in the app I can leave a message and check back later.

Dr. L and his staff ensures each patient’s individual unique medical condition is treated with the utmost care. Each patient is serviced with exceptional knowledge. The time and attention shared with every patient is not governed by the clock. You will receive the time & attention you require. Each patient knows and understands Dr. L and staff are “not late” to see you. They are attending to the needs of the individual before you. Your time will not be limited and is not being wasted. Instead you gain a little more trust and build even more confidence each visit because you know their attention to you and your needs is priority and will be fulfilled.

Portal Keeps You Connected
The patient portal allows the patient to connect with the physician in a timely manner. No more do you have to leave messages on an answering machine and wonder if the physician and or nurse saw the message. It makes refilling prescriptions so much easier and you are more up-to-date with your healthcare through the portal. I love it!

Able to view my charts
I’ve been able to easily get into the app and to view charts, including my labs and doctors notes. Which Are helpful and keeping track of my health.

Easy to use
Easy to use, but will not communicate with Epic systems. It is a disaster, waiting to happen with the patience life.
A couple of issues
The app is logging me off while I read complex medical test reports. This is made harder by the lack of an iPad version that can use the full screen.
Most secure app ever. Since it can’t log you in
Just trash. Fix your log in.
