Updated app
The updated app is an absolute nightmare! I don’t leave reviews on apps, but this one is so bad I’m going to switch banks. Paying my car note has become a literal nightmare. It used to be two simple clicks to pay my car payment on this app. It’s why I stayed with Arvest. Bank/Loan much easier to deal with it. But it is not anymore. So I guess nothing is holding me back now from refinancing with the my credit union and walking away from Arvest.

Bad Update
I can no longer access the app on my cellular data. If I am not connected to the internet the app will not let me sign in due to it attempting to open Safari to complete the login process.
It used to work fine and the login process was handled all within the app, but something changed so now it doesn’t work without a direct internet connection. Terrible design, completely prevents me from checking my balance unless I’m already home, at which point I could just use my computer.

Disappointed
Working to close out all my accounts with Arvest, now suddenly I can’t move money with Zelle and the mobile site redirects to the app 😒guess I’ll have to go to the bank and do this all the old fashioned way
New app
For some reason the entire account has been tied only to my spouse. I’m unable to access our account through the new app. Tried to get the situation resolved through our local branch, and the app still isn’t functioning correctly. The visuals are incredibly ugly. The old app was user friendly. This thing is useless.
