I have learned so much using the app about my wellness. I really like the Arvra approach which is all about getting the basics right and improving your whole wellness rather than targeting and measuring weight loss or fitness.
Helps me stay grounded and clear
Honestly didn’t think I’d use an app like this, but ARVRA has surprised me. What started as just curiosity turned into a routine breathwork, journaling, even some of the mindset tools I’d usually roll my eyes at.

As a busy mum I use this daily even if it’s just for 10 minutes. I feel so much healthier and stronger with this tool in my life!
Terrible customer service
I have looked at this app a couple of times, however when I tried to access it, I got a message saying my subscription was not valid, I checked this and it was.
When I tried to log in, it sent a code to my phone, but the number was incorrect so I could not access the code and therefore no way of logging in. I have tried to contact the team but as it was a weekend there was no response and it took a few days to get a response, which is of course lost days in my subscription.
It was probably me that typed my phone number wrong, as it takes off the “0” and if you don’t notice this, you’ll lose your last digit, but there should be an alternative way to log in if the access code doesn’t work, or there should be a way to log in to the website and update your details there.
After 4 days of not being able to access the app, they still hadn’t sorted it out
