AVOID!!! WORST COMPANY EVER
Starting off..Aryvo formerly Cab my rides(In my opinion I think they had to change the name because of numerous bad reviews and complaints) THEY HAVE A BAD HABIT OF NOT PAYING THEIR DRIVERS FOR THEIR WORK, for example I had a airport bring back from LHR, it is true that I was over an hour late, but that didn’t have nothing to do with me, I was stuck in traffic( something I couldn’t predict) and because of that I didn’t got paid, they told me that they couldn’t collect the payment from the rider because I was late. Second bad experience I had with them is that a flight was really delayed, like more than 4h, I just tried at begging to give the job back because of how long it was delayed, because they insisted that I was going to get paid for the waiting time I agreed to wait there for the customer, but after I’ve completed the trip I had a surprise, I didn’t receive any money for the waiting time, they told me to write an email to them and they will handle it, moving forward it passed a month and they didn’t get back to me at least. In conclusion, when they can they don’t pay you, when they owe you money they don’t answer. Apart from that I would say that on 50% of the jobs I did for them I always had problems, either the pick up location was bad, either they don’t give you the customer phone number, either they are taking ages for someone from rider suport to get back to you. Anyway avoid at all cost if you don’t want a headache for a payment worst than on Uber
