Questionable pricing

Individual drivers are great but the app changes price between booking and travel so you expect one fare and are charged another. No warning that it’s going to happen. Will avoid in future!

Used to be good now not

Terrible at time keeping. Unreliable and now the app won’t let you pre book. You can choose the time but then no way of confirming it. Come on get it sorted!

Keeps crashing

I installed the app, entered my mobile phone number. I received the code then entered the code and the app crashed. I tried a few times and keeps crashing. I deleted and reinstalled and it still crashes. I’m using an iPhone 11.

App is useless if it continuously crashes
