Lousy app, great company
Terrible app, which insisted I was located at the house next door. I corrected this and attempted to book a taxi to the airport, only to be charged £8 for a pickup from next door to the house I was staying in! I was able to cancel it and rang to make a booking, where I was asked again if I was at this incorrect address! Thankfully the staff on the phone and the drivers are more competent, but the company is let down by the app they use.

Drivers don’t show up
First time I used it, it was fine. But next two times driver claimed they were on way and their car never moved. Lousy service.
Error occurred
Every time I try to log in or sign up it just says an error occurred. Can’t use it without logging in or signing up so doesn’t work anymore
