The app has been updated to a new version that will not allow you to add your device. Without that the device is virtually useless.

App doesn’t work

This app totally blows. Impossible to get beyond login screen. My very expensive Ascentiz exoskeleton has been defected since day 1 and not having a functioning app means no potential fix and use of the defective exoskeleton.
