Spent 2 hours searching through multiple pages of rugs and now I can’t see any of my favorited rugs it shows no favorites when I go to the folder. Half the app doesn’t load when looking through items. Horrible app

Agree to let them clear and share your personal information, while ignoring Apple’s “Do Not Track” setting? No thanks. Plenty of other places to purchase furniture.

Suddenly can’t login
Please help! I placed an order that’s being delivered in 2 days, the app was working fine yesterday, but when I tried to log in this morning, it said it doesn’t recognize the email and password I was using all week. Then, when I tried to change the password, I’m getting no emails. I know for a fact that it’s the correct email and password because I’ve been using it all week and have been getting emails from customer service to the same email. Please respond. I need to track my order!

Update: 3/2026, it no longer saves anything to your wishlist. You hit the heart and it says “saved,” then you go to wishlist and nothing is there. C’mon, Ashley, do better.
This app has several issues. I just downloaded it this morning since I’m in the market for furniture. Here’s some:
—On the ‘shopping’ screen, it doesn’t indicate if any item is already in your favorites. (The little heart is not filled in, for example.)
—When changing the color of the product if there’s a choice, the picture doesn’t change to reflect the new color.
—You get way more pertinent information using the website than you do the app: i.e., more dimensions, etc.
Overall, a terrible disappointment.

Worst App Ever
This app is so frustrating and the website is no better. It takes 32 years to load anything, then it freezes, and glitches. It’s a total nightmare. It doesn’t save favorites. If you stay in this app for 10 minutes, you might be able to view two things.
Bedroom Set
I bought my bedroom set from the Dallas store. The salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable and maintained a professional decorum throughout the entire process. I love you Ashley Stores!!!
No way to enter zip codes
On iPhone, It asks for zip code, lets you type it in, but there is no enter button or the error button is covered up by the keyboard. So useless.
Where is the AR?
Downloaded for AR functionality and there is none whatsoever.

I downloaded the app because I didn’t want to use the browser on my phone. There’s no way to drop the keyboard after the entering the zip code. It looks like several people were having this same issue back in November. Please fix this!! I’m deleting the app.

Absolutely unacceptable- new sofa was delivered on Wednesday before we left for Thanksgiving break. Arrived home Friday- the literal first time we used the recliners THEY BROKE! Now I have to call your customer care center, arrange for service, and then wait on service for a couch that is 10 minutes old- unacceptable! Absolutely unacceptable! Do better!

This app asks me for my zip code- then covers up the button to move on, so I am unable to enter the app. What idiot did the quality control on this?

Can’t use the app becasue there is no “enter” “return” or “back” button to submit it. Zip code is required so app is unusable. Testing this might have been a good idea.
