Terrible
Just terrible. Not user friendly at ALL. You sign up and can’t access the platform without verifying your email but then again they don’t send any emails to verify, not in your spam folder or anywhere. CS responds several days later after misreading your issue. A week later, just like magic, you do get a verification message. Log in and upload photos: several disappear at different times without explanation so you try to check what others see but you can’t preview your own profile. In the meantime your profile is getting zero attention since the pic vanished so you try to resubmit. Asked if you want to make it a profile pic, even when you agree, it doesn’t end up as a profile pic because the option to turn it into one is available again just like magic. You try to add other non profile pix, app asks you if you’d like to hide anything in it by suggesting masks etc. I request to cover part of the face or something else…but the pic suddenly disappears again with NO notice. I had a full public NON profile pic turned private turned public that always vanishes: I’m dressed in a seat shown up to the nose. If it’s against their policies for whatever strange reason, are we supposed to figure that out? Why suggest masks etc then? Now I’m trying to upload a new pic and the app would only import it fully blurred from iCloud for some other strange reason. DEFINITELY not recommended.

Complete garbage
Profile verification means nothing. I’ve encountered several id verified profiles that quickly wanted to chat on WhatsApp, a huge red flag. When I suggested other platforms, they blocked me. Ashely Madison doesn’t care about this as they are only concerned with their ill gotten gain. Am has declined below worthless over the recent years. At least 95% of profiles are fake. Even some of the verified profiles are fake. If most of the stats section is ask me, they are fake. I’m cautiously burning up my last bit of credits and will never return to this completely fake app. Support is nonexistent and does absolutely nothing besides giving false responses

Don’t waste your money!
The app itself is fine but sometimes has a few functionality issues. The service itself is absolutely abhorent. As a male user, it’s full of spam and bots. There are so many fake profiles that constantly bombard you with messages. There is a function in the app to report fake profiles, but it doesn’t work. AM needs to do a better job of incorporating spam detection for their customers. Becareful gentlemen, you will lose money quickly on fake profiles. Also, you used to have the ability to categorize married/single women. They’ve done away with this capability. Bring it back!

Free trial isn’t free
I clicked on the “free trial” and was charged $29.99. Contacted customer support and they said I wasn’t. I sent them screen caps of the receipt and the charge out of my bank. No reply. Also, yes you need to use a ton of credits just messaging people. And I feel that most of the “women” are bots.

Many other messages will be “collect” so you spend 5 credits just to see an emoji or something nonsensical like “Tell me a secret”. The whole thing is just designed to get you to spend money. So let’s talk about that part.
The monthly subscription offers basically nothing of value. Chat credits are NOT included with it, so what is the point?

Terrible costumer service and no clear
Be careful this apps says free trial and adds a 351.78$ fee for “credits” without letting you know it has to be bought with the free trial. I try talking to costumer service does not let me. I emailed and also not specific answer.

Fake profiles
So many profiles are fake and they will consume your credits if you aren’t aware that most of the female profiles are not real. I wonder if AM isn’t still doing that themselves like they used to. I’ll let my credits go and then delete my profile don’t waste your time.
