What’s a useless app?
Buyer beware.
I would say buyer be aware when booking. I booked a flight assuming the prices were AUD. The app showed the flight would be with another carrier (Virgin) which was OK, it took me to another site to finalise booking (a bit weird). I paid for flight to find out it was double the amount I was expecting. Upon further investigation, there is a currency setting in the App and it had defaulted to USD (who would have thought), only then to find out this third party site charged me in GBP. So it cost me more than if so had of booked direct with Virgin. Not a great experience.

Garbage
This is the most garbage app I’ve ever come across
Search options
Site must allow pax to choose their departure & arrival destinations, first & formost.
If this is not immediately available, then it’s a waste of potential customer’s frustration.
I used to fly AirAsia frequently previously but now I find SingaporeAirline is user friendly & so I will fly most of my trips via Singapore airline.

Fake app
Bookings don’t go through. They charge you but your pnr doesn’t come through
Have to fight to get it resolved. On my case - had to get refund. And credit card company involved.

Fraud
The price in the app is inconsistent with the facts. After booking the flight for the first time, I was asked to add dozens of dollars. The second time was outrageous. After the flight was successfully booked, they sent me an email showing the itinerary and ticket price. The customer service But I called and said it was the one-way price, and I wanted to pay double the price. If I canceled, I would pay a compensation of 99 US dollars. This app is a fraud~

Don’t trust this app even a contact support they don’t have any and the email is not working we’re trying to book from manila to iloilo, the payment failed for 4x even we have enough money and later on there’s a deduction same price with the ticket we want to buy
