100% Worth the Money!!!
I tried a PS portal but returned it because I felt like the value wasn’t there. I have an older iPad Pro 12” and this app is insane, it’s the only reason I even use the iPad. You 100% need the paid version but trust me it’s worth every penny. Gaming at 60hz, high quality, and ultra low latency is light years ahead of what the portal was capable of. The quality is insane, which is also why I returned the portal, Ghost of Yotei looked like garbage on it. I absolutely love the app and am glad there’s someone out there making something like this!

Best Remote App for Playstation for Apple
This is the perfect app for anyone who uses a remote play or just the PS cloud, I am running fiber at home and it work flawless. This is what playstation needed to do with their app if they wanted more people to use it. I am going to continue using this. Trust me, this is better that a Playstion portal. Exceptional — if you are on Mac and experiencing frame drops you have to disable something in your terminal (airdrop).look it up it’s easy.
Controller is buggy when playing with this however vibrations are all over the place, ver intense and happen for no reason.

Careful with regionality
Just paid for the premium package — the free tier works great but limits the user to 720p streaming and I wanted to go higher.
At first I thought that cloud streaming just doesn’t work above the 720p (I have Nvidia Geforce ad streaming in 4k with no problem — internet at 400mbps dl and 300mbs upl)…But I think that it is because I am in Europe and my PSN account in the USA
It’s still really cool to play ps5 games on a Mac
However: the Ps5 controller vibration is buggy (it basically vibrates non-stop at 100% strength on the game I was playing, had to disable it)

Tried the free version & was more than pleased so i purchased without hesitation. Best remote play app on the market! Love it!

소니 공식 리모트 플레이 앱에서는 지원이 안되는 컨트롤러를 사용중인데 , 마침 지원되는 앱을 찾아서 좋습니다. 다만, 터치패드 버튼이 좀 아쉽습니다. Chords 설정해서 이용중이며, 기본적인 영상전송 이라든지 리모트플레이 자체는 대체로 만족합니다. 우선은 맥용 버전만 구입하여 사용하겠습니다. 점점 좋아지기를 기대합니다.
This App Rocks
I am really enjoying this app as a work around WiFi blocking. I love that I’m able to pretty seamlessly use my phone to access cloud streaming the way I would on my PS Portal. I’m subject to cellular service and WiFi access to be sure but when those things aren’t a factor this app is superior to the PlayStation remote play app in just about every way.

Speed with 2nd screen
Sony has heavy software quality requirements and this app actually works at 4K with HDR or adaptive gaming. Specifically this is an instant game stream.

Écran noir PS Plus
Lorsque je joue en streaming sur les serveurs PS Plus le son fonctionne mais l’écran reste noir.
Par contre en streaming PS5 l’application fonctionne bien.

C’est juste incroyable de pouvoir jouer sur son Mac depuis le PSN Sous conditions d’avoir le compte Plus Premium et uniquement avec les jeux dispos en streaming. Ça a pas été évident pour connecter mon compte mais une fois fait c’est parfait et Ça fonctionne parfaitement sur mon M3 16go.

This app is amazing. It does everything Sony’s app should. The cloud play works flawless. Remote play is easy setup. Found this app originally for steamdeck play. Enjoy it far more in iOS. Offers huge PSN library.

The app still has some issues with the login webpage. I ran into the same bug where the login page timed out immediately, but I was able to fix it by logging out completely and binding the console again from scratch.
Overall, Asobi is a good app with true cross-platform support, and it does not charge an arm and a leg every year like Portal, which costs $60 annually.

Thanks for the great review! I'll look and see what I can do about the login page -> I sometimes have the same issue with the PS app from Sony themselves. I honestly wonder what triggers it.
problème de connexion avec iPad mini 5
j'ai bien installer l'application sur mon iPad mini 5 mais quand je veux le lier en remote play sur ma ps5 en utilisant les 8 chiffres, la connexion ne se fait pas, rien ne se passe. c'est dommage j'ai entendu bcp de bon retour sur cette application.
